How to Fill Your Prescription

Sentara Case Management Pharmacy will contact patients to process new prescriptions and refills and will discuss the best delivery options for you.

For refills, the pharmacy staff will contact patients several days prior to next refill due date. They will ask questions specifically designed to evaluate how you are doing and to accurately coordinate the delivery of medications and supplies. Shipments will be sent to you via a local or national courier service in confidential packaging to ensure the protection of your privacy.

If you have not heard from us and refills are due, please call 757-730-5001 or toll free 877-349-5242, Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm to set up delivery.

A pharmacist is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for urgent medication issues that may arise. For medical emergencies, please dial 911 or reach out to your local emergency services.
